What is X-VK Scans?

X-VK stands for X Vampire Knights, referring to the lovely staff who bring us the scans and no prizes for guessing who we named ourselves after =)

What do we do?

We are a scanlation group. What is scanlation group? Well, we take Japanese/Chinese/Korean manga/manhwa, scan them, edit out the original text, and edit in the English translation. Basicaly, we allow you, the reader, to read wonderful manga in English.. at no cost! Yes, we work hard.

How we were formed

We started out at a thread on StopTazmo, and then Tsunade and Evenstar had an idea to start a forum, and some members edited the raws we put out. Eventually around April, the idea of a scanlation group got into effect focusing on high-quality Vampire Knight scanlations first and then branching out. That was original VK Scans. Later because staff and projects changed it was changed to X-VK.
